What happens if my order arrives broken?
We have an expert-shipping department with experienced, well-trained and equipped employees. We use custom sized boxes to fit our products. If your order arrives broken just sign for it damaged so we can file a claim with the shipper on your behalf. We will also pay for any return shipping and expedite a replacement order for you.
