Parabolic Louvers, Grids, Eggcrate, Cubes

Grid style diffusers available with curved blades (Parabolic) or flat blades (Eggcrate). Baffles are ladder shaped aluminum louvers.

Parabolic Louvers:

Designed with a parabolic blade in a grid pattern, these lenses reduce glare.

Sizes:

>>The individual cell Sizes are available in:
 ½”, ¾”, 1 ½”, and 3 Sizes*.
>>Various depths (cell heights) available.
>>Overall panel size will be custom cut to any dimension desired.
*Not all cell Sizes available in all Materials.

Materials:

>>Polystyrene: Most Cost Effective, Most Common Material, Average U.V. resistance*, Average Shock Resistance.

>>Acrylic: Excellent U.V. Resistance*, Average Shock Resistance, Conforms to many state building and fire codes.

>>Aluminum: Unnafected by U.V.*, Conforms to all state building and fire codes.

*U.V. resistance is immaterial when buying a plated finish louver.

Colors:

>>Mirror Plated Finish: Silver and Gold.
>>Satin Finish: Silver, Gold, Copper, Black, and White.

Eggrate Louvers:

An efficient and economical light control device. These louvers are approved by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) for use under sprinkler systems and improve bulb life by lowering operating temperatures.

Sizes:

>>The individual cell Sizes are available in:
 3/8", 1/2”, 9/16", 3/4”, 1”, 1 ½”, or 2" Sizes.

>>Overall panel size will be custom cut to your specifications.

Materials

>>Polystyrene: Most Cost Effective, Most Common Material, Average U.V. resistance*, Average Shock Resistance.

>>Acrylic: Excellent U.V. Resistance*, Average Shock Resistance, Conforms to many state building and fire codes

>>Vinyl: PVC material, Closed cell style, Class 1 material, approved for use by strick building code authorities, "Excellent" rating in fire Hazard Test results. Average U.V. Resistance*, Excellent Shock Resistance

>>Aluminum: Unnafected by U.V.*, Conforms to all state building and fire codes.

*U.V. resistance is immaterial when buying a mirror plated finish eggcrate.
